Volunteer with Harbourfront Theatre:
We’re always looking for great people!

The show cannot go on without the help of our loyal troupe of volunteers. Volunteering with Harbourfront Theatre is a wonderful opportunity to:

  • Make new friends
  • Learn new skills
  • Be a proud member of a great team
  • Experience a variety of performing arts
  • & Support your community theatre

We are currently looking for volunteers interested to help in the following areas & roles:

  • Ushers & Ticket Takers
  • Bartenders
  • Greeters & Coat Check Attendants
  • Merchandise & 50/50 Sellers
  • Stage Help & Special Facility Care Projects
  • Poster Distribution
  • Hospitality Preparations
  • Decorating & Social Events

As a volunteer, the time you commit is up to you according to your interest and availability, and you can start volunteering as soon as you’ve completed one two-hour training session with the Harbourfront Theatre Volunteer Coordinator. A more experienced volunteer will be paired with you at first at events until you are comfortable with your tasks.

Established in 1997, the Harbourfront Theatre Volunteer Group supports the theatre’s mission of providing continuous entertainment and access to the live performing arts in Prince County.
