Here’s what is coming on stage for circus & dance shows this Fall 2019 – Spring 2020 season:

 

Tentacle Tribe: Ghost (Dance)

Mixing street dance & contemporary dance styles, Tentacle Tribe’s Ghost is a hypnotising performance of technical feats and dreamlike sequences.

Tentacle Tribe was Co-founded by Emmanuelle Lê Phan and Elon Höglund. The pair are active participants in the street dance scene as B-boy and B-girl, and are seasoned stage performers.  They formed Tentacle Tribe in 2012 when the duo performed their first official collaboration choreographed for the Cirque Du Soleil stage in Quebec City. The company has expanded from duets into group pieces and is currently touring with this new full-length production with six dancers.

Canada’s Ballet Jörgen’s Anne of Green Gables – The Ballet™

This monumental creation will be the first time the story has been authorised for creation as a full-length ballet.

This creation is made possible through the assistance of the heirs of Lucy Maud Montgomery. A full-sized symphonic ballet score will be created as an extended orchestration of the Anne of Green Gables – The Musical® made possible through a partnership with Avonlea Productions Ltd. and Erinsharn Productions Ltd.
