Ryan Cook & Sunny Acres are a five-piece eclectic Country/Western & Swing ensemble that blends jazz, hillbilly & folk with home-brewed Canadian ballads. Buck Owens created the “Bakersfield Sound”, a distinct flavour of country music that countered the “Nashville sound” charting 21 #1 hits on Billboard charts between 1963-1988.
